Asymtek近日推出了用于100级制造洁净室的新款Axiom X-1000系列点胶系统。据悉，该系统专为诸如晶圆级封装之类的对亚微米尺寸颗粒玷污极端敏感的应用场合设计。
这一洁净室用Axiom系统可最小化点胶区域的微粒尺寸级别。为优化系统通风，所有的气动阀门均置于机器底部，并与真空源相连，避免下降微粒进入洁净室。此外控制系统的键盘和鼠标均被封闭于一个托盘并安放在一个机械臂上，可在进行系统维护时保护键盘。客户还可选择增加一个高效微粒空气过滤器，用以过滤下降气流从而进一步降低微粒尺寸级别。
Axiom洁净室点胶系统的配置灵活，客户可根据选择单点胶阀或双点胶阀。例如，该Axiom洁净室系统能够与不锈钢晶圆膜框或裸露晶圆操作设备集成，从而具有极大的工艺灵活性。
Axiom系统还采用了Asymtek专利的喷射技术，其Mass Flow Con
trol和Calibrated Process Jetting技术采用了闭环反馈控制点胶工艺中的关键步骤。此外，Axiom的FmXP软件工作于Windows XP操作环境下，在产率、胶体管理和工艺控制方面具有一定优势。
